Balancing your head and your heart
Some people tell you that the world is divided into two camps, those that make decisions based on facts alone and those that do so from what they feel in their heart. Is one necessarily better than the other or are they simply different ways of approaching how to make decisions? Think of how you make decisions. If you are highly effective in your decision making, then you are likely using what works best for you. Another way to look at this is to balance the facts with what your intuition tells you. When you have a gut feeling about an issue in front of you, you may require more information to take the next step. If you have a plethora of facts, you may want to stop and check in with your intuition. Perhaps the facts don't really speak for themselves. As a person who typically leads from the heart, I have found that gathering facts before making a decision has been extremely beneficial. I have become much clearer in my "yeses" and "nos." What does your recent decision making tell you about the opportunity to balance your head and your heart?
