Food for thought

What feeds our thoughts? We are fed by the circumstances around us. When our needs are being met, our thoughts reflect that and create a vibrational pattern that attracts more good into our lives. When we are experiencing lack and fear, that also feeds our thoughts and attracts more of the same. There is a parallel between what we feed our bodies and what we feed our minds. The proper physical diet provides the nutrients we need for healthy cell development. The proper mental diet provides the foundation for healthy thought development. What does your diet of thinking look like for you today? What are you choosing to feed it to produce the results you desire in life? Perhaps it is time to change your diet. Look to surround yourself with the circumstances that can make a positive difference for you.
