Free love

One of the greatest challenges in life can be to love someone who doesn't seem to have too many lovable qualities. It is during times such as these that it is important to look for one positive quality the person exhibits. It may be fleeting, but it is there. Keep focusing on the behavior and you will begin to notice it occurring more frequently. We have to give of our love freely and not withhold it, especially if you take time to develop compassion. Put yourself in their shoes and ask yourself what you would want or need to feel loved. You will be guided in what to do and say to make a difference in the life of the other person. This is a time when it is better to give than to receive. When you focus on giving love, you will become the recipient of love.
