Our imagination releases us from the limits of our perceived reality. We look around us and determine that our surroundings are all that there is. When we exercise our imagination we move beyond that reality. It becomes a world of "what ifs." "What ifs" constitute the possibilities of life. Like our muscles, it is important to stretch our imagination every day through use for it to grow. Take some quiet time to think about some area of your life and what it would be like if it was more than it is now. Perhaps it would be your job or your relationship. How would it match your ideal of what it can be? Stay focused on that ideal and begin to notice how things change in that direction. Awareness is an important part of imagination. I actually write down the changes I observe that remind me that the process works. What would you imagine today that would take you to the next level of happiness and joy in your life?
