Increasing your positivity level
When I am in a place of allowing myself to experience what is positive in life, I notice that the Law of Attraction is running full throttle. My creativity and resiliency are stronger. How do I increase my positivity level? I end my day by journaling and listing all that I am grateful for. I look at each event in my life and find the positive in it no matter how disastrous it may seem at the moment. I take time to visualize my life surrounded by positive people and doing what I love. The more I do this, the more my brain is rewiring itself to experience joy and positivity as my set point. What are you doing today to increase your positivity level?
