Raising your vibrational frequency

Our emotions and thoughts create a vibrationa lfrequency that contributes to our well being. Imagine these vibrations as creating a shell around you. The lowest vibrational frequency is generated by emotions and thoughts around shame. The highest vibrational frequencies centeron love and enlightenment. What thoughts and emotions are you experiencing inthe moment? You can consciously choose to place yourself in a mindset that increases your vibrational frequency. Think of a situation either past or present in which you are expressing or receiving love. It may be a special moment you shared with a significant person in your life. Perhaps it was the first time you held your newborn baby. It could even be the love you felt toward yourself when you achieved something special such as graduating from an institution such as high school or college. Your mind allows you to visualize that moment much like watching a movie. Focus on those feelings of love especially when you might be feeling anger or envy. There will be a significant change in how you view the situation afterwards. How might you use this technique to raise your current vibrational frequency?
