Take time to remember
Our lives are filled with memories of bygone days. They either elicit feelings that create a warm glow or those of anger or sadness. They provide us with information that can be helpful in avoiding situations in the future that do not serve us well. Think of the times when you made decisions that had a negative impact on your life and those around you. Your memories are there to craft new ways of approaching these situations should they occur again in the future. Then there are those memories that bring about joy and delight. They may be of a childhood birthday party, a holiday gathering, or a time spent with a special person. I can still recall events from sixty years ago that seem like they happened today. One in particular was a trip to Florida at the age of three. I can smell the saltiness of the ocean, feel the sand beneath my toes, and hear my laughter as the waves washed away the sand castles I had built. I associate these memories with feeling loved and secure at that point in my life. It is important to take time out of the day to return to those moments in our lives that raise our vibrational levels creating the conditions for attracting that which we desire in life. Allow the focus to be on the feelings that your memories generate and the physical manifestation of those feelings will follow. What would your memories be like and what feelngs would accompany them?
