Your perfect day

What would a perfect day be like for you? What would you be doing and who would you be spending it with?  Picture your surroundings. Are you on the beach, in the mountains, in a tropical forest, or at a sports event? What is critical is how you feel in your perfect day. Most likely there would be a sense of peace and serenity. Maybe you would feel exhilarated as you peered across the horizon from the peak of a mountain. There would be a sense of connection and oneness with your surroundings. As you focus on what you are feeling in the moment, ask yourself if there was a time in the past when that feeling was familiar. Then revisit that situation to determine if it is something that could easily be recreated in the present or if it is a goal or desire you can manifest. What would prevent you from living that perfect day? Most likely there is a fear or a limiting belief related to it. “That could never happen for me” or “I could never afford that.” If that is what you believe, it will create your future. Is that the way you wish to live your life as opposed to an“anything is possible” approach to life? Start by asking yourself what that perfect day would look like and take time each day to imagine it in your life.Then watch what happens. What would that perfect day look and feel like for you?
