Just beyond reach

There are times in my life when the goal I am working towards seems so close to being achieved and something happens that causes me to question it. This is true of a project I was working on. After completing all of the requirements over a period of weeks I was ready to turn them in to the certifying body. With a click of the Submit button I was sure they were on their way. The next thing I knew the file had disappeared and there was no evidence of it ever existing. Fortunately I listened to that still small voice within me, something I had rarely done in the past, and printed out all of the completed forms before attempting to send them. After the initial feelings of frustration and irritation passed, I looked upon this as an opportunity to evaluate the importance of this certification. Almost immediately I started hearing from people with whom I had worked and the amazing difference the technique I was learning made for them. I also was accumulating more practice which would only be beneficial to what I was learning. Answers to questions I had about specific aspects of the certification were answered. There was a reason why the paperwork had been delayed. With calm acceptance and bound determination, I am moving forward to achieving my goal. Sometimes what we perceive initially as an obstacle, turns out to be a blessing in disguise. What appears to be beyond reach for you today?
