Keeping an open mind
I have often heard it said that our minds are like parachutes in that they only work when they are open. It is important that we be open to possibility. The so-called facts of today may not hold true for tomorrow. I find this to be the case when I review entries previously made in my journal. Circumstances are changing constantly as I change my attitudes, expectations, and beliefs. I recall being in a financial situation a number of years ago for which even the experts could not find a solution. By remaining open to answers I made one simple change in a deduction in my pay check and was out of debt in less that three years. The experts I had consulted told me that they had never heard of anyone doing this in such short a time and that it was nothing short of a miracle. This has been true for me over and over again. The answers will come in many different forms. My responsibility is to be open to listening to what that would be. It will always come in the form of a conversation, something I read, or a sign.
