Seeing with your heart

We are learning how much more powerful the heart is than the brain. While the brain is an effective tool for problem solving, the heart is how we connect with the world around us. It is not by accident that the heart has come to be the symbol for love. When we question others on what way we should proceed with a matter of concern, our friends will ask us, "What is your heart telling you?" In your heart resides the truth that is needed to move forward in a loving manner. That doesn't mean that we ignore the information our brain supplies us. It can serve as part of our guidance system knowing that our heart has an uncanny way of directing us. What can prevent people from using their heart to its fullest advantage is a wall they have built to protect themselves from pain. I learned that the wall I had constructed was many miles thick. When I learned of a technique for removing that wall, I began to see the world in a different way. I have been able to share this technique with others who report the same results. We are always given what we need to live the life we were meant to live. All we need to do is to be open to what that might be.
