Our primary purpose is to express and receive love. We often think of love as a romantic expression, but there are many forms of love. There is the love between a parent and a child, between siblings, between friends, among extended family members. There is the love we have for our pets. There is the love of country. What all of these relationships have in common is an emotional connection that comes from the heart. Imagine each of these relationships and where they are felt in the body. Rarely do they come from our heads. It is not by accident that the symbol for love is the heart. Look at the connections that you have in your life.
