Trusting the process

There are times when we feel impatient regarding the timing of the manifestation of our desires. It is important to see how the feelings of impatience can influence the process. Impatience may be accompanied by feelings of doubt, concern, and worry. These feelings cause us to vibrate at a lower frequency and slow down the speed at which the Universe can deliver on our desires. It is necessary to simply trust that the process works. Then focus on doing all that you can to create a vibrational level that is based on love and not fear. Engage in activities that bring you joy and satisfaction and release the outcome of your desires. Play a game, work on a hobby, or read a book that interests you. You cannot experience worry and joy simultaneously. Let the positive feelings become predominant and watch what happens. It isn't really about working harder to attract what you desire, but rather the joyful surrender that it will show up in your life in a way that enhances your joy.
