Why isn't this happening for me?

It has been exactly two years since I traveled to Bend, Oregon to determine if this would be where I would want to relocate. After deciding that this would be my next home, the process of selling our condo in northern California began. The condo sat for almost two years with little activity. What was the universe trying to tell us? Then, when I released the outcome, the offer came through and the property closed in a few short weeks. This provided the opportunity to relocate to Bend. We arrived on a Saturday, viewed a property Sunday, and put in our offer the same day. After a brief negotiation, the owner accepted the offer within two days, and it is now awaiting closing. What I now realize is that our condo did not sell because the home we did purchase only went on the market a short time ago. The universe has its own timeline and requires that we trust it. Forcing solutions might have resulted in buying a home in Bend, but not nearly as great as the one we will be living in. What we ask for always receives an answer, but perhaps not as quickly as we would hope for. What are you asking for that requires patience on your part and how are you handling that?
