Expressing gratitude

Date:
June 1, 2023

Do you know of someone who could express gratitude at the same time they were expressing resentment? One could almost consider them to be polar opposites. We express gratitude for all that we have been given in life. This includes both the large and the small. We are grateful for the food we eat, the roof over our heads, a job that brings us satisfaction, or a reliable vehicle that transports us from place to place. We can also be grateful for a child's smile, the air we breathe, the feel of a cool breeze on a hot summer day, or an invigorating nap. Sometimes the simplest experiences can be the greatest sources of gratitude. As we move through the day accumulating specific reasons for feeling grateful, we begin to notice that life takes on a different meaning. We observe our days feeling lighter and less stressful. More opportunities for gratitude fill our days. Our vibrational levels increase and we attract more of the positive into our lives. What are the things that you are grateful for today?
