Getting out of my own way

Think about the life that you have created up to this point. Is it all that you want it to be? How would you like it to be different? Once you have identified what different looks like, ask yourself what it is that you are doing or thinking that stands in the way of that life. Is it the belief that you don't deserve the life you desire or that you don't know what you would need to do to achieve it? Beliefs can be changed. They are not set in stone. If you set your mind to achieve something, you will be provided with the resources for that to happen. Know that you are here to experience the good that life has to offer. That will happen when you get out of your own way and allow it. I recently volunteered at a community event. It was at the end of a long day and I wondered why I had offered to do this. I decided to keep an open mind and to be cordial to everyone I met. It resulted in adding several new clients to my practice. This is an example of what happens when we get out of our own way.
